Nutrition and Immunity Credit 2
This course reviews the structure and function of the immune system, proper nutrition to support the immune system, and provides specific steps to a healthy immune system. It also discusses nutrients most lacking in the diet and reviews how histamine intolerance, oxalate sensitivity, mold toxicity and other issues can inhibit the immune systems functioning. It provides complementary and alternative therapy recommendations for Covid -19 and other corona viruses and reviews nutritional and herbal support for several immune-related health conditions.
Exam: Open book, 85% is passing.
