Aromatherapy is a natural healing treatment that utilizes plants’ extracts to promote emotional, physical, and mental wellness and health. It’s also commonly known as essential oil therapy because plant extracts are used in the form of concentrated and aromatic essential oils. We have recently seen a sharp rise in the number of people seeking aromatherapies because of their effectiveness.
